RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1) Refund is only eligible for defect item purchased within 7 days ONLY. However, we will go through checks to ensure the defect is enough for refund purpose.
2) Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process.
3) The return/exchange will be accepted if these criterias are met:
Returns does not meet any one of these criteria given, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In all fairness, kindly take note that Jubahsouq will NOT BE LIABLE for the return shipping fee. It will be borne by the customer.
4) Item is strictly one-to-one exchange basis - same design and colour, If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively;
5) Refund process may take between 7-14 working days.
6) Any exchange, return or refund from online purchases can only be initiated

7) Return/Exchange policies are not ELIGIBLE for any SALES EVENT.
1) Deposit payment made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) Kindly take note that all pre-order deposit payment MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER you placed order. It'll be cancelled automatically after the given time.
3) Balance of the payment MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 MONTHS AFTER the pre-order periods ends. If no balance payment received afterwards, we will released the stock & your deposit wil be FORFEITED.
4) Deposit payment made are NON-REFUNDABLE. Colors & sizes cannot be changed after placing order since we have limited quota for each item.
If you have received FAULTY/DEFECT item(s),
JUBAHSOUQ should replace the item(s).
